1.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. tkbaje reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be forfeited.

1.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any laws, regulations, or restrictions applicable in your country or region of residence. tkbaje makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

1.3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino features, you must create a single registered account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account. tkbaje may at any time require you to submit supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or payment method verification — to verify your identity before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses.

• You may hold only one (1) account on the Platform.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkbaje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change at the discretion of tkbaje.

2.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation. tkbaje does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

2.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tkbaje reserves the right to request documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. Processing times are indicative only:

• bKash and Nagad: typically 15–30 minutes during business hours.
• Rocket and Upay: typically 30–60 minutes during business hours.
• Bank transfers: typically within one (1) business day.

tkbaje accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking holidays, or system maintenance windows.

2.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tkbaje is committed to preventing money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering or fraudulent activity will be suspended immediately and reported to relevant authorities as required. tkbaje may at any time freeze withdrawals and request enhanced due-diligence documentation as part of an AML review. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued account access.

3.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and market. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence. tkbaje covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, as well as football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Accepted bets are binding; no cancellation is permitted after confirmation except where expressly stated in the relevant market rules.

3.2 Casino and Live Casino

Casino and live casino games are operated under the rules of the individual game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming, and NetEnt. The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by certified random number generator software. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game events conducted by studio dealers. tkbaje accepts no liability for the outcome of any game; all results are final once confirmed by the game engine or dealer.

3.3 Void Bets and Cancellations

tkbaje reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) the event has been abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered from its original format; (c) the bet was placed after the actual outcome was determined (late betting); or (d) there is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the account balance.

3.4 Maximum Winnings

tkbaje may apply maximum payout limits per event, per market, or per settlement period. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Any winnings that exceed applicable payout limits will be reduced to the stated maximum without further notice.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Where a general term and a promotion-specific term conflict, the promotion-specific term prevails. Bonuses are issued in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are for use on the Platform only; they carry no cash value unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the relevant offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

tkbaje reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it suspects the player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements with negligible risk; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics; or providing false information during registration. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of tkbaje and are final.

5.1 Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tkbaje will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify tkbaje immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

5.2 Personal Data

tkbaje collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 5.3 Account Closure by tkbaje

tkbaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reason to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes; (c) the account holder is under the age of 21; (d) the account holder is a self-excluded player; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform. In cases of closure due to fraud or Terms violation, account balances may be forfeited.

6.1 Player Protection Tools

tkbaje provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, and permanent self-exclusion. Players are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

7.1 Service Availability

tkbaje does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party system outages, and circumstances beyond tkbaje's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. tkbaje accepts no liability for losses arising from interruption of service, provided it takes reasonable steps to restore service within a reasonable time.

7.2 Extent of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbaje's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tkbaje shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if tkbaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.3 Third-Party Content

Game content, live streams, odds feeds, and other third-party materials displayed on the Platform are provided by independent suppliers including game studios, data providers, and streaming services. tkbaje is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, delays, or interruptions in third-party content and accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on such content.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tkbaje is incorporated as an offshore operator. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, account decision, or any other Platform matter, you should first contact tkbaje's customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. tkbaje will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before commencing formal legal proceedings.

8.3 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience purposes is non-binding. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

9.1 Amendments to These Terms

tkbaje reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tkbaje will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the Platform or by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
